Oh, so hot--and yet so freaking beautiful at the same time.
And the way you write *flails once more* It's like this slow uncurling of words and phrases that draw me into the story--maybe that makes no sense, but...it's just lovely. I wish I had a way to describe it.
Andrew's German, always overlaid with that lazy American slur, sounded dusty, like it had been stored too long in the attic.
This and
He had the urge to unpack it, to unwrap each word and gently inspect it for every change that time had brought.
This...I was so hooked here. Oh I love the way you write.
And I love how Andrew takes control and just gives Roman exactly what he needs. Of course that would be disastrous in a long term relationship--but for two ships passing in the night (err or airport) and with how Roman's been feeling...God, it's so perfect.
I also have so much love for how Roman's congratulating himself on not thinking too much and immediately Andrew can tell that he's thinking too much. *giggles*
And then there was more flailing when Roman was comparing Andrew to Deniz *g* and then this at the end: The world didn't spin, his heart didn't break.
